What is wellness? To me, wellness is being in your “Sweet Spot”. It’s the happy feeling you get when your body, mind and soul feel balanced and in synch. Nutrition, self-care and community are tools we use to achieve wellness. I hope to share some awesome, nutritious recipes, tips for reducing stress and improving sleep, tools for connection, etc.
